Each year, we take time away from the salon for our annual culture trip—a chance to recharge, connect, and grow together. This year, we had the privilege of spending a few days in sunny Clearwater Beach, Florida, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
From morning coffees by the ocean to team-building dinners and laughter-filled adventures, our time together was filled with moments we’ll never forget. These trips aren’t just about fun (though there was plenty of that!); they’re about strengthening our bonds so that when we return, we can bring that energy, positivity, and inspiration back into the salon.
